Meet Your Emotional Support Team
Wrigley
A Very Good Boy
The founder of our Emotional Support Team, a four-legged friend who is more than just a pet – meet Wrigley. With his boundless energy and infectious joy, he has a knack for brightening up even the gloomiest of days.
Wrigley is a people-pleaser – his greatest joy comes from being around people and making them smile. His wagging tail and playful antics are a testament to his love for human companionship, and he has a unique ability to sense when someone needs a little extra comfort or a friendly paw to hold.
When he’s not offering emotional support, Wrigley can be found playing outside, exploring new scents, chasing after balls, or simply basking in the sun. His zest for life is contagious, and he has a way of making every day feel like an adventure.
But what truly sets Wrigley apart is his ability to bring joy to those around him. His unwavering positivity and loving nature make him a beacon of happiness for everyone he meets. Whether it’s with a gentle nuzzle, a game of fetch, or simply lying quietly by someone’s side, Wrigley knows how to bring comfort and joy in his own special way.
In short, Wrigley is more than just a dog – he’s a ray of sunshine, a loyal companion, and an integral part of our Emotional Support Team. His love for people and passion for play make him a true bundle of joy, proving that sometimes, the best form of emotional support comes with four legs and a wagging tail.
Scottie
A Very Good Boy
Meet Scottie, one of the newest members of our Rawls Audiology Emotional Support Team! With soft chocolate fur, soulful eyes, and a gentle presence, Scottie has a natural gift for bringing calm and comfort to anyone who needs it. He’s a pro at quiet moments — whether that’s sitting by your chair while you wait, offering a warm hello, or simply being a peaceful companion.
Scottie believes that sometimes the most healing thing is just feeling heard and seen. He has an uncanny ability to sense when someone is nervous or overwhelmed, and he’ll do his best to ease those feelings with a wag of his tail, a slow blink, or leaning in for a reassuring nuzzle.
When he’s off duty, Scottie loves romping in the grass, exploring new smells, and practicing his “sit” & “stay” skills (he’s getting very good!). He also appreciates a good belly rub and dreaming about treats.
Scottie is honored to join Wrigley and Pearl in making Rawls a place where hearing care isn’t just about sound — it’s about comfort, connection, and compassion.
Günther and Fluffy
The new kids on the block
Günther (left) is our 1-year-old Christmas-time rescue and resident bundle of joyful chaos. Equal parts fluff and enthusiasm, Günther approaches life (and every new dog he meets) with the belief that everyone is his instant best friend. He’s still learning a bit about boundaries—but what he lacks in restraint, he makes up for with a big heart, endless curiosity, and legendary zoomies that can brighten anyone’s day.
Fluffy (right), at 4 years old, is the seasoned professional of the duo. A self-proclaimed non-morning person, Fluffy operates on his own schedule—powered by naps, good vibes, and selective bursts of energy. But once he’s fully awake, he’s all smiles, tail wags, and gentle companionship, offering a calm and welcoming presence to everyone he meets.
Together, Günther and Fluffy are professional nappers, expert treat connoisseurs, and enthusiastic long-walk companions. More importantly, they’re part of what makes Rawls feel like more than just a clinic. Like the rest of the team, they help create an environment rooted in warmth, compassion, and genuine human (and canine) connection—because sometimes the best care starts with simply feeling comfortable.
